Here is my day three tips with the best odds available!
Spain come into the tournament as favourites, and rightly so. They currently hold both the World Cup and European Championships and will be attempting to create history as they look to become the first international side to win three successive major tournaments. Their midfield is bettered by no'one and much is dependent on whether the likes of Andres Iniesta and Xavi are fully match fit, after a grueling schedule that has given them and many of the Spanish squad very few breaks from football. The absence of David Villa is huge, and the burden falls on the likes of Fernando Torres and Fernando Llorente to score the goals their country's all time leading scorer would've no doubt got.

Italy once again enter a major tournament in controverisal circumstances, with yet more allegations of match fixing rocking the country at club level. On the two previous occasions such allegations were surfaced the Italians went onto tournament success (Winning the 1982 and 2006 World Cup). As always the Italians are strong defensively; however a lack of goals maybe their real downfall at the Championships.
Prediction: Spain 2 Italy 0 - Best Odds 15/2 with Coral - Lose a fiver
My three tips:
Draw HT/ Spain FT - 15/4 with Bodog - Lose a fiver
Andres Iniesta anytime goalscorer - 4/1 with numerous bookies - Lose a fiver
Italy first team booking - 7/5 with Betvictor - Return £12
End result - Loss of £8
The Group's second game is a huge one. For both Croatia and the Republic of Ireland it will be their best chance of recording a Group C victory.
Croatia overcame Guus Hiddink's Turkey in a play-off to make Euro 2012 and I fancy they could edge out Italy for second spot in the group. Their midfield is technically strong and they have at their disposal a few strikers who are proven goalscorers in the form of Nikica Jelavic and the former Arsenal forward Eduardo.
Ireland enter the tournament as most people's least favourite to win it, which is probably harsh of them, who under the stewardship of Giovanni Trapattoni have been solid at the back, if yet slightly dull to watch. I don't reckon Ireland will be the group whipping boys by any stretch of the imagination and qualification from the group isn't unrealisitic.
Prediction: Croatia 1 Ireland 1 - Best odds 11/2 with numerous bookies - Lose a fiver
My three tips:
Ireland HT/ Draw FT - 18/1 with Bodog - Lose a fiver
Nikica Jelavic anytime goalscorer - 9/4 with Betfred - Winner - Return of £16.25
Both teams to score YES - 5/4 with William Hill - Winner - Return of £11.25
End result - Profit of £7.50
Day result - Loss of 50p
Overall result - Profit of £21.45
